A message from founder, Roxanne Morey

I founded Morey Advisory in 2021 following a career as a leader in applying practical HR strategies with a solutions focus. I started my HR career working for one of Australia’s most iconic manufacturing groups. 30 years later I was heading up HR and Culture for one of the largest organisations in New South Wales.

I am an experienced people leader with a deep generalist HR skill set across all stages of the employee lifecycle, My passion is helping leaders understand the ‘how to’ of managing people and workplace issues in a positive way, building a thriving and engaging culture and finding the joy in work.

Too often, managers are told what they should be doing without the practical support and advice to be able to do this in a comfortable and confident way. 

I believe in working alongside managers to ensure they feel empowered and equipped to manage all things ‘people’.
